What you will do:

Within the PMO, the _Agile Coach_ role compliments the work of Scrum Masters, Product Owners, development teams and the organization as a whole, and guides them throughout their agile journey.

Individual Coaching

They meet with the Scrum Masters individually to discuss challenges they are facing and identify an action plan to address them.
They help the Product Owners understand their role and responsibilities within their Scrum team.

Team Coaching

The _Agile Coach _ensures that agility is properly integrated within the Scrum teams.
They attend some Scrum meetings in order to share their observations with the Scrum Masters and, at times, with the other members of the team.
They assemble the issues teams are facing and work with the Scrum Masters and the management team to find solutions.

Organizational Coaching

The _Agile_ _Coach_ participates in operational meetings and discussions to further develop agile thinking and reflection.
They must keep a critical eye on operational initiatives and make sure that they foster a positive agile environment.
They propose and provide insight on different agile initiatives that can be implemented within the company.

Training and recruitment

The _Agile_ _Coach _helps to recruit new Scrum Masters.
They support the Scrum Masters in their onboarding and their mentoring role within their teams.
They ensure that agility is properly understood within the teams.
They support the HR department with a career development plan for employees.

Practice Community

The _Agile Coach_ stimulates and proposes innovative ways for Scrum Masters to push their thinking and practice of agility in their teams.
They encourage experience sharing between Scrum Masters.
They facilitate exchanges about the agile philosophy and methodology.

What you should have:

Minimum of 8 years experience in a similar role in an agile environment, preferably with the Scrum framework.
Relevant academic background (administration, computer engineering, etc.).
Exceptional communication skills in both French and English, including the ability to effectively communicate information to a wide variety of internal and external audiences.
