• Develop and execute brand strategies to drive brand awareness and growth
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for brand development
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing and ecommerce platforms
• Manage product portfolio and oversee product development, pricing, and positioning
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and market share data using tools such as Nielsen
• Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources
• Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling brand messaging and visuals
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales strategies and promotional materials

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in brand management, preferably in the consumer goods industry
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and platforms
• Experience in product management, including new product development and portfolio management
• Proficiency in using market research tools such as Nielsen to analyze market data
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Experience in budgeting and financial analysis
