Minimum 2 years Accounting ExperienceMinimum 1 year of Payroll and Benefits Experience
Must be familiar with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows
Well organized, detail-oriented, able to multi task and self manage your time
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality
Must have vehicle and valid drivers license
Responsibilities:
Preparing Payroll for staff and subcontractors
Administering staff benefits and pension
Payables and receivables; PO matching to cost invoices
Daily bank deposits and bank reconciliations
Good knowledge of month end reconciliations and year end procedures, including journal entries and GL entries
Government remittances; GST, PST, ROE and Source Deductions
Preparing and printing of Financial statements
Purchase and maintain office supplies
Maintain petty cash
Provide assistance and support to company personnel
Reception relief and answering the phones
Salary will be based on qualifications
