Description

Work with shop foreman to manage and perform all work of automotive repair business including marketting, shop workflow, quality control, statistics and employee development.

Qualifications - Experience in automotive repair and maintenance industry and thorough knowledge of automotive systems.

Ability to work well with people - employees and customers - build relationships, train and educate, communicate with and resolve conflicts.

Must be HONEST. Ability to multitask, pay close attention to detail and be organized. Will need to use a computer with different programs for the business and do online research. Able to work with numbers - calculate markups, percentages, etc. Willing and able to work hard - good health and stamina. Possess valid Alberta driver's license. Reading and writing English a necessity
