As a Data Risk Analyst, you will report to Director of Data Risk Dashboard and Reporting as part of CIBC's Chief Data Office.
You will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to create reports and dashboards that provide insights into business performance and risk metrics.
Responsibilities include gathering data from various sources, cleaning, and validating data, designing and implementing reporting solutions, creating visualizations, and communicating findings to stakeholders.
How You'll Succeed- Data Gathering: The ability to collect data from various sources, such as databases, spreadsheets, APIs, or other systems- Data Cleansing and Validating: Ensuring data accuracy and consistency by cleaning and validating datasets, identifying and resolving errors or inconsistencies.- Data Analysis - Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau or BI software, and the ability to interpret and present complex data are key qualifications for this role.

- Support our partners across the Enterprise in reporting of proposed key performance indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
