Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area, kitchen, and dining area
• Assist with bussing tables and ensuring a clean and organized dining environment
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner

Qualifications:

• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating change
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
• Knowledge of retail math for inventory management purposes is a plus
• Previous experience working in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred
• Ability to follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper sanitation practices
