- Licensed professional engineer P. Eng, required
- Minimum 7 years of experience in design and construction
- Project management Professional Certification preferred
- Energy Manager Certification preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- High level of accuracy and ability to work under pressure
- Demonstrated knowledge of applicable codes and construction techniques
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to handle multiple projects
- Excellent quality control and problem-solving skills
