This is a hybrid role (remote & in-office) as the hiring team will require the student to come to the office approximately 3 days a week.

THE ROLE:


THE PERSON:


Will collaborate with the Video IP design team to produce forward-thinking design verification functionality for state of the art designs.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with global IP design verification teams, firmware engineers on verification methodology, test-plans, regression and coverage.
Create block/IP test plan related to the IP features, run simulations and regressions
Develop RTL Design, adapt test libraries, emulation model, and test cases from VCN IP environment.
Develop System Verilog, C-model, and C++ bus functional models for specific features.
Design and implement test benches in Verilog, C/C++.
Develop or adapt, and verify IP performance tests, metrics


EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Proficiency in Verilog required
Good knowledge of Digital logic design, C/C++
Interest in System Verilog, UVM test benches and scripting languages (csh, perl, Python, etc.).
Interest in simulation, debugging, Synthesis, lint and CDC tools.


ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

Education in Electrical or Computer Engineering or Equivalent
