Job summary:
The Human Resources Advisor is responsible for delivery of human resource services in support of instructional and non-instructional staff. They serve as a primary point of contact to administration and staff in a variety of functional areas with emphasis on recruitment and selection, onboarding, employee and labour relations, attendance management, workplace accommodation, reporting and general HR support.
Responsibilities:
- Work in collaboration with the Superintendent of Human Resources to support the recruitment and retention across all educational and corporate services.
- Support administrators, superintendents, and supervisors with HR-related matters.
