Description
The primary objective of this role is to provide professional customer service and process orders using knowledge, company systems and parts catalogues online.
This position is a key part of Harco's operation and requires an individual who must have the ability to multi-task in this busy environment_-
The individual will perform the following tasks but not limited to:_
- Processing of all orders into Harco computer system with accuracy and checking on availability of parts
- Order filling, invoicing, packaging and shipping of all available customer orders by using our outbound shipping companies
- Assisting Harco service technicians to replenish truck stock and source out parts required, computer generated truck transfers to be completed
- Receiving, unpacking parts shipments from manufacturer's, matching to packing slips and proper placement of parts on stock shelves
- Regularly organizing and cleaning of parts department shelves and inventory
Requirements:
Ability to lift and move 10 lbs to 50 lbs safely and consistently
Must be fluent in English with a high level of customer service on a parts counter
Strong keyboarding skills and familiarity with computerized inventory and accounting procedures is an asset
Ability to prioritize workload and manage time efficiently
Excellent ability to work independently and as a team
