Develop your full potential, sustainably
Embrace your true self by unfolding your expertise within the sales team reporting to Éric Pontbriand, Key Account Manager, of our division Containerboard Packaging:
Strategy:
- Manage mainly 4 or 5 "Diamond" and "Gold" accounts (50M$ portfolio) in the food and packaging industry
- Develop and manage strategic account plans according to established guidelines to grow revenues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with as many key contacts/decisionmakers as possible within customers' organization and foster a longlasting strategic partnership with them
- Work closely with the Marketing function to gain a solid understanding of the business lines (growth, trends, customers, competitive positioning) and share your vision for major account rankings
Operations:
- Supported by our financial and pricing teams, perform customer quotation and pricing for key accounts based on margin ranges
- Manage contract creation and negotiation for your key accounts
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting to the team
- Facilitate the integration and ensure coherent customer approach among Cascades business units

- You have a 5 years experience in sales in the food, packaging or manufacturing industry
- You have a strong environnemental spirit and share cascades' values on sustainable development
- You are both a farmer and a hunter: you know how to maintain a high level of customer support, but you're also curious and ambitous to offer inovative solutions to grow revenues and develop strategic plans
- You are confortable to use and update the CRM SAP-C4C, as well as analytic tools like Power BI and Excel (advanced level)
- You show strong leadership and judgment, great communication and customerfacing skills. Negotation has no secret for you.
- You have the ability to bring crossfunctional teams to work collaboratively and efficiently in a matrix structure environment
