Appointment Setter Job Summary

Appointment Setter Duties and Responsibilities

  • Initiate relationships with new prospects.
  • Educate prospect regarding various business services available to them.
  • Qualify potential prospects.
  • Create and book appointments with senior consultants.
  • Followup with old and new prospects.
  • Keep accurate records of calls made.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of appointments and client information.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and staff.

Appointment Setter Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior sales experience preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to learn and to grow with the company.
  • Keen attention to details

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
$17.00 per hour


Flexible Language Requirement:

Education:


  • Secondary School (required)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
