What are the duties to perform:

• Prepare diverse ingredients, sauces, and baked goods.
• Weigh, measure, and portion ingredients.
• Wash, peel, and cut foods for cooking or serving.
• Receive, store, and organize food supplies in storage areas.
• Dispose of trash and clean kitchen garbage containers.
• Transport food supplies, equipment, and utensils.
• Chop ingredients following the Chef's instructions.
• Use appliances for cleaning, peeling, slicing, and trimming.
