Overview:
We are currently seeking a passionate, reliable, hard working and honest subcontractor to join our team. As a Subcontractor, you and your team will be responsible for performing commercial cleaning duties.

Small companies/family owned companies are preferred

The position available is for 5 nights per week (Tuesday - Sunday). This subcontract is for multiple locations per night (up to 4 locations on certain nights of the week).

Night Schedule based on one person completing all locations (26.

5 hours):
Tuesday - 3 locations (5 hours) - after 8PM

Thursday - 3 locations (5 hours) - after 8PM

Friday - 4 locations (6.5 hours) - after 8:30PM

Saturday - 3 locations (6 hours) - After 9:00PM

Sunday - 3 locations (4 hours) - after 6:30PM

Duties:

Perform routine cleaning tasks at various commercial properties
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, bathrooms, kitchens and other common areas
Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners
Restocking supplies as needed
Adhering to safety guidelines and protocols

As a subcontractor the following is mandatory for this position:

Must have a registered business
Your business must be registered for WSIB, HST and liability insurance
Must be able to pass a criminal record check
Must be fluent in english both spoken and written
Must have access to a reliable vehicle/transportation
Must own a smartphone with internet access for communications purposes
Must be able to comfortably lift 40lbs, climb ladders as needed for squeegeeing mirrors and climb flights of stairs
Must be comfortable with a late night shift subcontract position

Qualifications:

Previous experience in commercial cleaning
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Reliable transportation to travel between job sites is mandatory
Excellent communication skills

Please note that this is a subcontractor position. As a subcontractor, you will be responsible for providing your own equipment and supplies.
