North America's premier wholesale distributor of hunting and fishing equipment is seeking outstanding individuals to join our team as a Receiving Warehouse Associate in our Winnipeg, MB location.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Receive inbound materials from vendors and customer return stock using RF Scanners and keyboard data entry.
Unload and stage material within the receiving area using powered industrial equipment.
Desire to work and be cross trained over multiple departments.
Develop and maintain an appropriate level of understanding of distribution center operations.
Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards, while ensuring that all work is performed with a consistent sense of efficiency and urgency.
Work in compliance with all company, operations, systems, and safety related policies and procedures.
Maintain an acceptable level of attendance.
Perform housekeeping and other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

Qualifications (depending on position):

18 years or older.
1 year receiving experience.
Ability to work in a nonclimatecontrolled environment.
One year RF scanner experience preferred.
English language fluency preferred.
Strong basic math skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work overtime, including occasional Saturdays.
Complete understanding of safety and risk management.

Hours:

8am to 4:30pm with occasional overtime weekly and Saturdays

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to perform work that involves standing, walking, and bending for a minimum of eight hours.
Able to continuously lift to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds
