Afternoon maintenance manager required

Fleet of 50 waste collection vehicles

Heavy service cycle on equipment, highly wearable components, varied equipment all with attached hydraulic systems.

Must have prior experience with Fleet maintenance. Must have high level diagnostic capabilities in engine, electrical and hydraulic systems and components.

Must enjoy high paced and highly variable environment while also maintaining core discipline of service scheduling and assisting with parts identification and ordering.

Must familiarity with Online information (parts, diagnosis) portals, electronic diagnosis software, electronic fleet management programs, and capable of documenting activities.

Must be capable of managing 4-5 high performing mechanics and interacting with operations managers and parts staff productively.

High paced and rewarding position in dynamic and growing waste company. Only accomplished, disciplined and previously successful Maintenance Managers from previous similar dynamic positions should apply.

Salary negotiable.
