Paraide Healthcare Inc., a rapidly growing company in the Home Healthcare Industry, is searching for someone bilingual, dynamic, and looking for a new challenge to fill the position of Client Care Coordinator -
Monday - Friday 13:00 to 20:00.


Days and Time:

Monday - Friday 13:00 to 20:00

Duties include:
Answering phones, Scheduling and Dealing with problems that arise Experience in Homecare an asset.


Responsibilities:


  • Answering all incoming telephone inquiries while providing excellent customer service
  • Be available to support customers as well as employees for emergencies and nonemergencies during scheduled nighttime hours
  • To assist in the daytoday coordination of the care hours including arranging for emergency cover when required
  • Maintaining computer system up to date at all times
  • Time management and organizational skills are essential to ensure you meet the targets set to you

Qualifications:


  • Bilingual
  • French and English
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Strong decision making and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Capacity to multitask with accuracy

Salary:
$17.00-$20.00 per hour
