Warehouse and Inventory Manager

We are looking for a process driven, energetic individual to help set the framework for our fast growing company.

In short, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the warehouse and ensuring inventory is accurate.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daytoday operations, ensuring compliance of company policies, quality standards and procedures,

- administration, coordination, coaching and supervision of people,
- implementation and development of process-procedural improvements while prioritizing quality and customer service excellence,
- maintaining operational and inventory systems for accuracy,
- allocating tasks and resources needed to run smooth operations efficiently and effectively in support of customer service excellence,

• Maintaining physical inventories and performing daily and weekly cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Efficiently stacking and storing merchandise in appropriate areas
• Performing all functions for maintaining inventory accuracy; investigating and reporting discrepancies where required both physically and in the system records.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's or associate's degree is an asset
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience working with inventory management software and forecasting strategies
• Experience conducting tracking and data analysis

Hours (might vary slightly)

Sunday - 8am - 3pm

Monday - 6:30 am - 2:30pm

Tuesday - 6:30am - 2:30pm

Wednesday - 6:30am - 2:30pm

Thursday - 6:30am - 1:30pm

Salary:
$26.00-$30.00 per hour
