Description

Job duties:


  • Conduct research on local market demand, potential competitors, and target customers, and gather information about crucial selling points of the products prior to the launch of the marketing campaigns.
  • Develop advertising strategies, implement digital marketing campaigns, and organize social media events to reach audiences, establish customer engagement, and improve companies' conversion rate.
  • Assist with the production of appropriate content and materials including infographics, blog posts and video scripts for various social media platforms and printed brochures to promote products, services of the client companies.
  • Arrange influencers and talented individuals to perform live streaming on social media to increase brand awareness and manage social media accounts to monitor the traffic increase.
  • Host meetings with Key Opinion Leaders and Key Opinion Consumers to improve the function and performance of products and address unmet customer needs.
  • Carry out surveys after campaign, analyze feedbacks, and measure metrics such as sales performance and customer engagement to determine the future tactics.

Education:

A university degree in business management, marketing or commerce is required.


Qualifications:


  • A minimum of two years marketing working experience
  • Experience working with external advertising agencies and managing external vendors
  • Experience working across social media channels, including WeChat, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Weibo, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Experience planning and launching social media campaigns
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting
  • Ability to negotiate effectively (both written and verbal) with key stakeholders and handle conflict or challenging situations
  • Strong relationship management skills and build positive working relationships
  • Highly organized with excellent timemanagement and project management skills

Salary:
From $33.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay

  • Markham, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
