Superintendent Live in for Burlington Luxury Condominium Hi-Rise


This Condominium is a 16-year-old luxury mid-rise condominium consisting of one 6-storey building with a total of 70 suites located in Southeast Burlington.

The building's amenities includes a party room. We are looking for a highly motivated experienced live in Superintendent (couple).

To be considered for this position, you must have prior experience as a residential Superintendent, a strong work ethic and a proactive mindset.

You must also have excellent customer service skills and ensure communications are positive and professional with Residents, the Board of Directors, Property management, cleaner and trades.


Consideration will be given to include a one-bedroom live-in unit with a den on the first floor of the building with cable, telephone and internet included.


Qualifications:

  • Previous Superintendent experience; minimum 5 years
  • Minimum high school
  • No criminal record
  • Computer literate and good writter/kills in English
  • Previous WHIS and other safety training
  • No restrictions lifting heavy objects

Duties include:

  • Cleaning & maintenance of all interior and exterior common areas, position will be supported by a cleaning position that will be responsible to the Superintendent;
  • Responsible for reporting all deficiencies, maintenance requirements:
  • Taking care of supply inventory and reporting it to the Property Manager as required;
  • Attend and take appropriate action in emergency situations and provide emergency onall support for the residents;
  • Assist owners and trades persons in a reasonable manner,
  • Monitor and maintain Mechanical room and ongoing prevention maintenance;
  • Responsible for the handling of the garbage;
  • Ability to perform small repairs in the common areas;
  • Manage the scheduling of the party room and the reservation of elevators for move ins/outs.
  • Updating of the intercom system on a weekly basis to ensure up to date information.
  • Strong ability to work in a team environment, with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills;
  • Must be able to enforce rules and regulations
