Responsibilities: Engage with guests to better understand their food preferences support delivery of anticipatory service Execute full cycle food & beverage mise en place preparations setup and service processes in accordance with departmental performance standards Maintain cleanliness of all food & beverage preparation areas within the Fairmont Gold & Deloitte Lounges Adhere to food sanitation safety standards at all times Oversee ensure quality appearance of all culinary presentations pantry areas Qualifications We are looking for individuals who have excellent personal presentation interpersonal skills Strong attention detail ability multi task required for this role This position requires flexible schedule able work variety shifts including early morning start times weekdays weekends holidays Valid Smart Serve certification required Please note candidates must already be legally eligible be work in Canada order considered Previous luxury level service knowledge training an asset College diploma University degree Hospitality related program an asset Additional language definite asset
