    About the Role

    Responsibilities

  • Execute against as well as inform the product strategy and roadmap for Developer Platform
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and fellow product managers to build new tooling, platforms, and infrastructures leveraged to craft Workday UI
  • Identify problems through generative research, define solutions, and drive the entire product lifecycle
  • Map user journeys, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria
  • Effectively communicate and present to individuals at all levels within the organization
  • Work closely with software developers to drive enthusiasm and adoption of your product
  • About You

    Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in product management
  • Other Qualifications

  • Highly motivated with excellent organization skills and thrives in a fast-paced agile environment
  • Knowledgeable and interested in UI development & developer tools
  • Collaborative, fun-loving, and eager to learn
  • Ambitious and passionate about advocating for customers
  • Proven success in working with cross-functional product teams
  • Experience driving the entire product lifecycle from problem identification to post-launch evaluation
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Making decisions based on data analysis
  • Able to identify business value within a technical solution

    The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
