Landscape Labourer - Oshawa, Canada - RP Ground Maintenance

*LOOKING TO FILL THIS POSITION ASAP*RP Ground Maintenance is looking to hire LAWN MAINTENANCE WORKERS to perform LAWN MOWING AND TRIMMING EDGES by way of operating lawn mowers and line trimmers.

This position is part-time but may lead up to full time over the next few weeks, with room for growth as crew leader.

• At least 2 (full) seasons experience mowing and trimming lawns (residential/commercial properties)
• Experience using gas lawn mowers, trimmers and back pack blowers, and being able to maintain the equipment as needed.
• General and proper use of rakes, shovels, wheel barrels etc., as with other tools
• Must be physically able to perform the job well for a period of 6 hours or more per day, and come prepared each day. This includes proper work gear, and a lunch/drinks to keep yourself properly hydrated throughout the day.
• Experience with a hedge trimmer and operating a riding lawn mower is an asset.
• Experience in landscaping, gardening, fertilizing is an asset
• Having a driver's license is also considered an asset*Compensation is $18$25/ hour depending on experience, paid biweekly. (TBD)
