    Description

    What you'll do:

  • Responsible for employee relations such as internal investigations and policy enforcement and maintenance, in accordance with legislation.
  • Create and administer training programs for employee development in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Guide and support all levels of leadership on employee management, disciplinary policies, and practices.
  • Support other HR functions as needed.
  • Travel to various Westview Co-op locations will be required with a vehicle provided or mileage paid.

    Who you are:

    You are looking for a career in Human Resources and:

  • Have 3-5 years of office experience. Preference for candidates who have experience working in HR functions.
  • Have a diploma in Business Administration or equivalent. Candidates with a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Are knowledgeable of provincial and federal HR policies, regulations, and laws.
  • Have a Driver's License.
  • Have exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
