We are currently in search of a talented and ambitious Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in driving our business growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
Prepare detailed proposals and sales presentations.
Collaborate with the management team to set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve these targets.
Monitor and report on sales performance analytics.
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role in the staffingindustry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills with a goaloriented attitude.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel as needed.
Selfstarter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
