Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is looking for Restaurant Manager.

Location:5985 Mavis Rd, Mississauga,ON,L5R 3T7

For your success, you will receive certified training from Popeyes which will allow you to carry out tasks under Popeyes Standards & Procedures.

Our Restaurant Manager report directly to the District Manager and are responsible for running a smooth operations while contributing their time towards the goal of the restaurant.

You will be responsible for training and grooming employees and ensure that exceptional service is delivered to our guests.

What to expect in your role as a Restaurant Manager

Analyze P&L results
Execute Restaurant Evaluation action planning
Execute Customer Feedback action planning
Develop skills of assistant managers
Handles recruiting, hiring and terminating Team Members
Responsible for ordering small wares and maintenance requests/approvals for the restaurant
Establishes positive culture

Soft skills required:

Passion for food and service, professional, positive attitude, good work ethics, time management, ability to take initiative and multi-task.

Previous Management customer service and food experience is an asset.
