Passage Yacht Sales is looking for a progressive, enthusiastic commission Sales Associate to join our team You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Sales experience and a working knowledge of boating or boats is a must. The position requires a self motivated person with excellent organizational skills. Microsoft office, excel, word and a working understanding of marketing platforms. A thorough understanding of social media and its use in marketing is important to this position.


Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set followup appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detailoriented

Pay:
$40,853.84-$218,120.23 per year


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Duncan, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

- sales: 5 years (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
