The Graphic Designer intern is tasked with assisting in the creation, adaptation, and consistent delivery of Bath Fitter creative content across various traditional channels, including print, direct mail, coupons, sell sheets, and sales catalogues. Additionally, the Graphic Designer intern is expected to effectively communicate their requirements to ensure a thorough understanding of the team's needs. Tasks and Responsibilities

Creative Production
Assist in the creation, updating, and production of print collateral, advertisements, handouts, and brochures.
Adhere to established marketing processes and procedures while executing marketing tasks.
Collaborate in the development of marketing assets and creative pieces aligned with Bath Fitter's marketing objectives.
Prepare and submit design drafts for approval.
Participate in creative meetings and contribute ideas.
Learn to provide support to the team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects.
Seek assistance when needed, take thorough notes, and learn the process.
Suggest new approaches or methods to the existing team. Collaboration is a vital aspect of our team dynamic.

Brand Compliance
Understand and adhere to established brand positioning and visual style guidelines.
Ensure that every project maintains brand consistency.
Learn and implement file management and file naming protocols established by the organization.
Proofread diligently to produce accurate, on-brand, and high-quality work.
