In a typical day, you are accountable for:

Food preparation and quality
Clean preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils
Operate largevolume cooking equipment
Cook food according to requirements for quality and quantity

Requirements:

12 years as a baker or a bakery background as an asset
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able and willing to work flexible shifts, days, hours; including weekends and overnights
Onthejob training is provided
