About This Role


We are looking for an
IT Manager, Development and Delivery to lead a team that is focused on building a new exciting white-labelled technology platform and production support.


  • Managing, mentoring, and growing their team of Developers and QA.
  • Set the technology strategy and roadmap for the platform and production support team.
  • Create, manage, and execute a production support pipeline that will support the whitelabelled platform and other project teams.
  • Deliver and plan their projects endtoend from ideation to launch.
  • Practical execution of Agile-Scrum methodology and Scrum Master ideology.
  • Enhance technology pipelines and processes to ensure optimal output.
  • Experience with architecture, frontend, and backend services development.
  • Establish and encourage best practices for development and testing such (e.g. code reviews, unit testing, etc.)
  • Building our capabilities in accordance with the highest Accessibility Standards (WCAG).
  • Analyze feature requirements provided by the Business / Product team.
  • Act as a bridge to translate business requirements to scalable and maintainable technological solutions.
  • Coordinate with various teams (Business, Designers, Vendors, QA, Managers, etc.)
  • Lead the discussions for project plans, technology estimations, and status updates.
  • Take part in scope assessment, risk, and cost analysis.
  • Triaging and fixing defects / issues.

Job Requirements

It helps if you have:

  • Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technical Certificate.
  • 10+ years relevant mobile, web, development, or IT industry experience.
  • 7+ years management or team lead experience.
  • Solid understanding of backend services, middle tier, and API contracts.
  • Expertise in development and design principles.
  • Strategic thinker and being able to drive technological change and continual improvements.
  • Proficient in DevOps, CI/CD, and operational processes and best practices.
  • Agile development methodology experience.
  • Scrum-Master experience.
  • Advanced and extensive knowledge of the business (or organization), technical environment, standards, processes, procedures, programming languages and operating systems.
  • Strength in coaching and advising clients, partners, and project teams.
  • Commitment to and belief in the quality of your deliverables.
  • Great communications skills.
