Our main offering is Coffee and Baked goods and we also serve Lunch/Dinner

We have 2 busy locations within Humber River Hospital

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items, including, pastries, and cookies
• Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality and taste
• Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
• Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure proper cooking
• Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
• Clean and sanitize work area and equipment regularly
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate baking schedules for catering events or restaurant service

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a baker in a restaurant setting

Ability to operate commercial baking equipment such as ovens

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members
