Witten LLP is currently seeking a motivated lawyer to join our debt recovery and realization group.

As a member of this group, you will work as part of a team focusing on debt recovery and realizations for secured and unsecured debts.

You would also be involved in other civil litigation matters, including professional negligence matters.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of litigation experience.
A member in good standing with current, active membership with the Alberta Law Society.
Ability to exercise sound judgment, manage conflicting priorities, and work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
Desire to build strong client relationships.
Responsive, resourceful, practical and diplomatic problem solver.
Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
