    This is a part-time seasonal position with the Town of Devon for the months of May through to the September long weekend. The Lifeguard/Instructor 1 role involves guarding public swim programs, teaching swimming lessons, performing first aid as required, conducting maintenance and cleaning.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide pool supervision and deliver high-quality customer service to all pool patrons.
    • Demonstrate competency in aquatic lifesaving skills and instruction techniques.
    • Instruct aquatic lessons for children, youth, and adults using well-structured lesson plans that meet diverse needs.
