    Business Development Representative

    A Business Development Representative (BDR) within the sales team will be responsible for creating new business opportunities. They will use a variety of methods including networking, cold calling, emailing, and social selling to connect with potential prospects.Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the BDR will be responsible toprospect leads and book qualification demonstrations. Working closely with marketing to initiate new email campaigns via HubSpotand engage in social media to drive new leads to the top end sales funnel.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


    • Prepare and maintain a Comprehensive Leads Report via Hubspot

    Identifying key prospects to target within North America.


    • Work closely with the sales reps to make sure everyone is inline and aware of what is being prospected and by whom.


    • Identify business opportunities by a series of research qualifying and discovery to establish prospects needs and goals.


    • Stay up to date with Industry trends, market activities and competitor products.

    • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

    • Commit to outbound sales objectives of outbound calls per day.

    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    Education and Experience:

    • 4-year College Degree preferred

    • This is an entry level position, previous experience working on a sales team preferred, but not required


    • Must be comfortable with both speaking and presenting on a telephone with good tonality and speed.

    • General experience with windows and MS Office software

    • Ability to learn technical details regarding computer hardware and third party software products offered by the Company.
