Manmade is a young yet innovative eCommerce retailer offering high quality essential garments for men.

Based in Montreal, Quebec, we design, produce, market, and distribute quality apparel across Canada and soon in the USA as well.


We believe in doing things the right way, even if it may be harder - from sourcing fabric, design, cutting and sewing, and through our online marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:


  • Create and edit tech packs and graded spec sheets.
  • Manage and coordinate the production process of apparel products overseas.
  • Monitor production timelines and costs to ensure that they meet the company's goals and expectations.
  • Issue purchase orders and oversee the production process to ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate with manufacturers and thirdparty quality assurance providers to ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards.
  • Communicate regularly with suppliers to manage any issues that may arise during the production process.
  • Ensure that all productionrelated documentation is accurate, uptodate, and easily accessible to relevant team members.
  • Work with crossfunctional teams to ensure that all aspects of the production process run smoothly.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production coordination role in the apparel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of creating and editing tech packs, graded spec sheets.
  • Experience in coordinating and managing production overseas for apparel products.
  • Ability to issue purchase orders, monitor timelines and costs, communicate with manufacturers, and manage other productionrelated tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
  • Willingness to work in a fastpaced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and other productionrelated software.
