The Position_


We currently have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Multi-Family Maintenance Technician with an eye for detail to join our team.

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager and Property Manager, the Maintenance Technician will focus primarily on suite renovations and assist in a variety of jobs concerning the general upkeep, improvement, and maintenance of the properties.

Strong skillset in mud, wall repairs, basic electrical/plumbing skills, basic framing skills, competent in painting, as well

  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and openly in all interactions; both verbal and written.
  • Reliable and responsive team player.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, even as priorities change, and emergencies intervene.
  • Prioritize, schedule, and monitor a workload independently and within a team, to meet project goals in a safe and timely manner.
  • Selfstarter that can manage their time and projects to meet deadlines.
  • Assist tradespeople as needed or required.

Qualifications & Experience_

  • Minimum 3 years experience with suite renovations and building maintenance.
  • Experience with carpentry and/or finishing carpentry is required.
  • Experience drywalling, mudding, and taping is required.
  • Experience with suite renovations is required.
  • Experience working in Multi-Family buildings is required.
