    Job title: Customer Development Representative

    About the Role

    We are looking for a talented Customer Growth Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the success of our customers.



    • The Customer Growth Specialist will be responsible for booking calls with Onboarding Specialists, clearly positioning the value of onboarding sessions, and driving strong attendance rates.

    • This role involves handling objections by matching customer concerns to solutions and articulating the value of training to achieve consistent booking results.

    • The Customer Growth Specialist must complete a high volume of daily interactions (90+) to reach the maximum number of customers efficiently and effectively.

    • This position also supports inbound internal inquiries related to bookings, onboarding specialist coordination, or scheduling needs from teams such as Support or Sales.

    • The ideal candidate will support 1-many workshops as a moderator during live sessions (1–5 sessions per week) while communicating closely with Onboarding Specialists ensure consistency across all touchpoints., h3 Required Skills & Qualifications ,
