The Deal Administrator's main functions include:

  • Review agreements, amendments and entire contents of Virtual Lot Files (VLF)
  • Verifying information in VLF with Newstar
  • Reconciling/balancing items such as deposits and upgrades
  • Communicating with all other departments within the company in order to gather information
  • Constant communication with lawyer's offices
  • Maintaining current spreadsheets and templates
  • Developing new templates for new projects as needed
  • Preparing NHR HST forms
  • Parking and locker maps updated and maintained
  • Handle NSF's, determine best course of action and execute
  • Verify for accuracy and identify issues requiring attention
