Description
Responsibilities:
Previous experience in accounting and bookkeeping is asset.
Good level of writing and communication skills.
Enter invoices with accuracy.
Reception desk duties.
Reconcile banks and other accounts
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual monthly operating statements
Assist with audits, ,payroll & HST
Keep track of inventory
Post month end entries
Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
Knowledge of QuickBooks is an asset.
General Ledger account reconciliation
Working on monthly billing report
Detail and deadline-oriented
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Maintain filing system
Other clerical duties when required
Assist with the year end closing
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary:
$16.00-$18.00 per hour
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
