Pro-North Auto & Truck has an immediate opening for a full time automotive service advisor.

We are looking for a highly organized individual who enjoys a fast paced environment.


Duties:

• Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner
• Schedule service appointments
• Provide customers with accurate and complete cost estimate for all parts and labour needed based on technicians inspections and findings
• Source and order required parts for technicians
• Advise customers on maintaining their vehicle in accordance with manufacturer specifications
• Checks on progress of repair throughout the day. Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promise time, explains cost and time requirements in detail and gets proper authorization
• Close work orders and cash out customers
• Benefits to be discussed at time of interview

Requirements:

MUST HAVE 1—2 years prior Automotive Service Advisor Experience:

• Excellent written, oral and computer skills
• Team player and customer oriented
• Positive work ethic and strong attention to detail
• Punctual
• Valid Driver's license

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From $25.00 per hour
