    Our client company is seeking an HR Coordinator for a three-month contract (with the high potential to become a permanent position).

    Responsibilities include day-to-day HR administration, recruitment, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate has strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and good HR knowledge.

    Execute HR programs:
    compensation, benefits, talent management, etc.
    Assist in recruitment process and hiring
    Manage administrative tasks for onboarding and orientation
    Handle HR-related inquiries
    Implement and promote employee policies
    Prepare HR-related correspondence
    Assist in policy development and execution
    Participate in HR objectives and systems development
    Assist in benefits, compensation, and performance programs administration
    Bachelor's Degree in HR management or related field
    ~1-2 years of HR management experience
    ~ Working towards CPHR designation is an asset
    ~ Knowledge of employment laws and HR fundamentals
    ~ Experience with HRIS/ATS/Payroll Systems
    ~ Knowledge of BambooHR is an asset
    ~ Proficiency in MS Office
