- participe à la rentabilité des produits via des analyses et projections de rentabilité
- développe des politiques et des produits en assurance de dommages
- propose des solutions d'amélioration ou d'optimisation des processus, des programmes et des méthodes de travail
- contribue également à la résolution de problèmes complexes, nécessitant une analyse et une compréhension globale et approfondie de l'ensemble des variables
- collabore avec différents intervenants internes et contribue au transfert des connaissances par l'encadrement et le coaching des employés moins expérimentés de l'équipe
- Cinq années d'expérience
- Baccalauréat en actuariat ou en mathématiques option actuariat
- Réussite de 5 examens actuariat
- Dynamique et orienté résultats
- Capacité à recommander d'excellentes décisions d'affaires basées sur une analyse rigoureuse du portefeuille de la compagnie et des données de marché
- Fort profil d'entrepreneur, automne, curieux et audacieux
- Propension à relever les défis passionnants et à mettre les efforts nécessaires pour se développer rapidement
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais)
