Who are we looking for?

Qualifications:

35+ years of related experience. Bachelor's degree / Threeyear degree/diploma in
Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong understanding of IT processes and methodologies, such as SDLC, Agile, and ITIL.
Proficiency in analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and coordinating with development teams.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Certification in relevant IT frameworks (e.g., ITIL, Agile) is desirable.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and support of Dayforce, ensuring it meets the needs of HR processes and compliance requirements.
Customize and configure Dayforce to align with HR policies, workflows, and business requirements.
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Dayforce with other systems and ensuring seamless data exchange.
Perform analysis of existing systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
