YOUR IMPACT AT WOW 1 DAY PAINTING
- Own the Email Ecosystem: You will build, schedule, and launch the email campaigns—from newsletters to automated flows—that drive customer lifetime value.
- Amplify Our Voice: You'll be the voice of the brand across social platforms, engaging with our community and executing a content calendar that sparks real engagement.
- Bridge Creative & Growth: You'll collaborate with the Brand & Creative Manager to produce digital assets and marketing collateral that ensure our Franchise Partners win in their local markets.
- Drive Data-Informed Results: You won't just post and pray; you'll monitor performance and provide reports on key metrics like open rates and engagement to influence our strategy.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Proven Execution: Demonstrated experience in managing digital operations, including email marketing, audience segmentation, and social media scheduling.
- Content Mastery: Practical experience capturing short-form video and photography that resonates with modern audiences.
- The "Play to Win" Mindset: You are comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment and want to see your work have a direct impact on the bottom line.
- Collaborative Spirit: A strong ability to achieve goals through collaboration with Performance Marketing and Creative teams.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Salary: $45,000- $55,000 per annum (The actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal parity).

HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Our Model: We have created a hybrid work model that helps us get together to Collaborate, Celebrate, and Connect while enjoying the flexibility of working where it makes sense for you.
- Office Presence: For this role's duty and responsibility, we anticipate that you will come into the office three days a week, Tuesday through Thursday.
