We are currently hiring a
Financial Analyst in our Corporate Finance department at our Head Office located in Mississauga, ON.

This is a full-time, hybrid position.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key member of the financial reporting team, responsible for month/quarter/year end close.
Timely preparation of branch and head office journal entries and account reconciliations.
Completion of reporting packages for various Canadian and US companies.
Creation and distribution of internal invoices for Canadian and US companies.
Capable of conducting account analysis and determine root cause for variances.
Involvement in the annual budget process by making monthly updates and working with regions as required.
Response to queries from internal and external auditors on sample selections.
Project and other work as assigned.
Filing / Cataloging.

EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

College diploma in Business Administration or Accounting (preferred).
Excellent computer skills in the Microsoft suite of products, specifically Excel.
Fluent in English including strong writing skills.
Selfmotivated, adaptable with strong interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Oracle or Cognos would be an asset.
