- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phones
- Support payroll department by processing timesheets, calculating wages, and issuing paychecks
- Maintain employee records and update information in payroll system
- Assist with coordinating meetings and events for the organization
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in office administration or payroll
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
