Your Role and Responsibilities

You will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value.

You can take advantage of opportunities to master new skills, work across different disciplines, move into new challenges and develop a robust understanding of different industries.

Your primary responsibilities include:

Participating in presales engagements with clients in several Industries to determine business requirements and recommend optimal solutions based on client needs
Collaborating with clients and development team to define and implement creative solutions for a solution direction, visuals and experience
Establish and promote design & architecture guidelines, best practices and standards
Effectively prepare Business Process, Process Flow Analysis, Requirements Definition, Configuration Workbook, Data Models, Detailed Functional Design, Executive Summaries and Project Plans
Directs work of project team members by assigning duties, setting deadlines, monitoring progress and performing applicable followup
Analyzes/identifies areas of risk and develops plans to minimize

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management or related field
Salesforce Certified Administrator
ETL Exeprience, knowledge in Netckracker, Data Modeling and Informatica Cloud transformation

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
