This position is located in Aldergrove.

We provide our customers with solutions in the form of batteries, stored energy, DC power conversion and renewable energy across Canada and around the world.


As the Operations Manager, you would be responsible to:

  • Hire, supervise and manage your subsidiary, distribution and administrative team. Manage morale in the Branch by setting and demonstrating a strong business ethic for dealing with employees, suppliers and customers.
  • Supervise the facilities, health and safety, vehicles and equipment of its subsidiary
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop integrated positioning strategies to increase company brand exposure.
  • Report and analyze the financial health of your subsidiary using its income statement and key performance indicators.
  • Plan and manage branch inventory.
  • Continuously maintain knowledge of products and services.
  • Provide complete, accurate and ontime reporting of key performance metrics established for the Branch. Provide written and verbal reports on operations on an ongoing basis.

Required Qualifications and Skills:


  • 5+ years of experience in management or supervisory roles with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • A class 5 driving license.
  • Technical background; experience in the automotive industry is an asset.
  • Effective leadership skills, with a strong focus on operations and business processes.
  • Energetic, selfmotivated, and resultsoriented.
  • Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
  • Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
