We have an exciting career opportunity for a Network Technician who is an _

This role is a vital part of the high-quality service we provide and helps ensure smooth communication, detailed documentation, and overall efficiency between clients and vendors.
Duties include:
- Client Support_
- Lead, manage or participate with new and ongoing projects
- Configure and deploy equipment into new and existing network environments, including physical and virtual servers
- Provide maintenance and diagnostics for various network components (eg. servers, storage, backup systems, workstations, switches, routers, access points etc.)
- Review and provide disaster recovery planning and execution
- Some flex time required for disaster recovery and critical support situations
- Monitor and provide ongoing maintenance of clients' networks, servers and systems
- Keep a timely and detailed record of all incidents, while maintaining accountability and ownership until incidents are resolved
- Maintain client site network documentation
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and team members
- Internal Support_
- Identify opportunities for product and support sales to clients
- Help maintain and develop our inhouse network
- Assist in defining and refining the technology we provide to our clients
Requirements - 2-3 years in a similar role, in addition to:
- Technical Skills_
- Microsoft 365 Migrations, Management and Administration
- Microsoft Azure experience
- Microsoft Server Deployment and Administration
- Microsoft Windows Workstation Administration (current versions)
- Microsoft AD Administration
- HPE Server Hardware experience
- HPE Storage Administration
- Network Switch Management
- Microsoft Exchange Administration
- Good understanding of Networking Including IPv4/IPv6, DHCP, DNS, etc.
- Backup Strategies and Administration
- Other_
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to be professional and patient when supporting clients and fellow team members in difficult and stressful situations
- Strong analytical skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Enjoy working within a team, but can also work effectively independently
