Job summary
We are seeking a skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Reliance Home Comfort. As an Inside Sales Representative you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.As an Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for managing incoming calls and assisting customers with their requests providing the right solution for the customer to drive sales developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of Reliances Commercial value proposition including products and services offered and the value they create meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and sales performance KPIs maintaining expert-level knowledge on our products and services communicating verbally written with internal partners on applicable customer related interactions communicating effectively interdepartmentally cross-functionally being a team player
Maintain positive customer relationships order deliver outstanding customer experience retain customers resolve customer disputes complaints within company guidelines emphasizing outstanding customer service contribute continuous team improvements business performance other duties assigned
